    Reporting to the Project Director, the Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor will provide management and technical support, with a focus on M&E, for the project. This includes advancing the project’s goals and objectives, supporting activities, adapting/ designing and implementing approach for tracking, communicating, and disseminating results. This position is based in Kampala.

    Reporting to the Technical Advisor, the Technical Officer Position will be responsible for providing technical and implementation support to all project activities in the respective districts of operation. S/he will ensure the technical quality of all activities in support of the project’s overall goal, through regular liaison with and supervision from the Regional Referral Hospitals. S/he will also provide ongoing technical support to the district health teams and other partners and stakeholders as relevant to the project scope and in accordance with its approach to understanding and influencing positive change in quality of care. S/he will also be responsible for capacity building function, which involves working closely with the project’s partners, including the district health teams, health workers and regional referral hospital staff. Throughout the project, Jhpiego will target five regional referral hospitals (Moroto, Gulu, Arua, Fort Portal, and Hoima), three urban referral hospitals in Kampala (Naguru, Kiruddu, Kawempe), and 15 district hospitals, primarily in Karamoja and West Nile regions.Seven Positions are available (Gulu, Arua, Moroto, Karamoja,Fort portal,Kampala, West Nile ).
    Reporting to the Project Director, the Technical Advisor-Nutrition will provide technical oversight and program management for implementation of the scope of work outlined in the RMNCAH HIV/N project.  S/he will work in close collaboration with the Program Management team, including the Senior Technical Advisor and other Technical staff to contribute to continuity across program implementation areas and service delivery with emphasis on integrated RMNCAH/Nutrition services, supervision and quality improvement systems and training and orientation systems.  The Technical Advisor will also work closely with the Jhpiego international technical and program staff to ensure comprehensive technical and programmatic support in project and consequently the National program. S/he will be responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of the project work plan. One position based in Kampala.
    Reporting to the Project Director, the Technical Advisor will ensure the development and implementation of sound technical approaches that will lead to attainment of Jhpiego’s objectives in ensuring health system strengthening and quality service delivery. The Technical  Advisor is expected to work closely with research, monitoring, and evaluation team to ensure evidence and theory –driven approaches guide our program strategies and activities, with the Knowledge Management team to ensure documentation of our best practices and field stories  and with finance and admin teams to ensure programs  proper planning, budgeting for project activities, aligned  spending, and procuring appropriately.    Two positions are available in Kampala and North Western
